Ground Down: A Yogi Lifestyle Workshop
According to Ayurveda, autumn is a time for getting grounded and collecting our energy. Often we feel overwhelmed with overflowing to-do lists, appointments and activities during the fall months that we neglect to take time for ourselves.
You’re invited to set aside time during this workshop to tend to yourself and set your intentions as the year begins to wind down. Colin Brightfield and Britt Martin have combined their knowledge to curate this unique afternoon of self-care and aligning with nature through movement, discussion, and creativity.
Colin will lead a workshop on how to progress your yoga practice and special techniques you can apply in your practice to stay grounded in the upcoming months.
Britt will lead a discussion and presentation on special foods to include in your diet, and overall wellness and nutrition tips for feeling your best this season.
The workshop will conclude with time for intention setting and creating a vision board that will help enrich your actions with mindfulness after the workshop.
