Are you ready to dig deeper into your yoga and mindfulness practice? Take the plunge into the depths of discovery, transformation and self-awareness during this weekend of fun, growth and learning at Jai Rhythm.
We believe in taking great care of yourself and taking time to reflect and renew. Sometimes this means setting aside an entire weekend to get clear and balanced. That’s what this weekend is all about: free your mind and soul during this yoga immersion with Jai Rhythm Founders Colin Brightfield & Rebecca Schol.
This weekend will combine experiential learning with discussions and interactive workshops. We will be offering powerful tools that you will be able to apply immediately in your life to cultivate purpose, peace and perspective. We will all leave this weekend with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity in our lives.

- Delve into the 8 limbs of yoga in an accessible, fun and inspiring discourse combing practice and play
This weekend immersion is for anyone who would like to:
- Develop their knowledge of yoga & mindfulness
- Become a yoga teacher or is currently considering signing up for a yoga teacher training program
- Continue their learning about yoga including current yoga teachers and students alike
- Receive support in making big, lifestyle changes
**This is an all day workshop that includes a nourishing, plant-based lunch as part of the immersion into a yogic lifestyle.
About the Instructors
Colin Brightfield is the founder of Jai Rhythm Yoga. He believes in the importance of learning about ourselves so that we can express our deepest gifts with the world. Colin loves to connect the practices of yoga with examples from his daily life to show how yoga truly can improve the quality of our everyday lives. Colin leads practices that are dynamic and soulful, fusing his passion for yogic wisdom and flowing movement to create experiences that inspire, energize and awaken. Colin celebrates his students for who they are while challenging them to rise to their potential and dream even bigger.
Rebecca is one of the founding members of Jai Rhythm Yoga. She has studied many forms of yoga, including: Ashtanga, Prana Flow, Bikram and Vipassana Meditation. She has a passion for alignment and sensitivity for the movement of energy(prana). She combines her skills as a teacher with a sense of humor and openness, and nurture each student to help them reach their potential in their practice, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Yoga is Rebecca’s life passion. She is forever grateful for the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with everyone.
